Pork Chops

Regneratively raise pork is a rare treat. Our hogs live on pasture or woods, eat wild vegetation, roots and seed in addition to their daily ration. The root in the soil, play in the mud and hang out with their hog buddies the way they were supposed to. The result is a richly flavored and well marbles pork product that is nothing like what you get at the grocery store. Our pork sausage is processed in a locally owned packing plank in De Soto, Kansas under USDA inspection.
